When I started Procurement Bytes, my goal was simple — to make procurement smarter, more strategic, and more human.
Over nearly two decades in procurement and category leadership roles across leading North American and global enterprises, I’ve seen firsthand how great sourcing strategies can transform not just margins — but entire business outcomes.
